The DITHERM LTW range is specifically manufactured for safe use in cooking, smoking, cannig, drying and freezing process and trolleys in the fish industry.
Manufactured in HD high grade Polyamide + glass fibers and additional natural fibers, they assure the best resistance to steam and to the draining substances that are typical during fish cooking.
The wheels are produced with DC exclusive non-porous materials with closed cells, can be washed by steam, chemical cleaners and high pressure.
